We perform chemistry, hematology, coagulation, immunoassay, and molecular testing in our lab on North Cicero Avenue, with mobile phlebotomy for patients who can't come to us.

STAT testing at no extra charge, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 2 PM. Results in 2 to 4 hours.

Results you can rely on
Every run starts with quality control, and every result is reviewed before it's released. We take part in proficiency testing as CLIA requires.
Turnaround you can plan around
Most routine tests are reported same day. Critical values are phoned to the ordering provider as soon as they're verified.
We come to your patients
Our phlebotomists draw at nursing homes, home health visits, and patients' homes.

How it works
Place orders through our secure provider portal, on our requisition form, or by fax to (877) 369-4958.
Specimens are drawn in your office, at our lab on North Cicero Avenue, or at the patient's home by our phlebotomists.
Results are posted to the provider portal and faxed to your office. Critical values are phoned to the ordering provider as soon as they're verified.

Laboratory DirectorBoard-certified in clinical chemistry by the American Board of Clinical Chemistry, with certifications from the American Board of Bioanalysis and ASCP. Dr. Bilal oversees testing quality, method validation, and regulatory compliance at De La Luz Laboratory.
